High Voltage DC Relays (HVDC relays or High Voltage DC Contactor) are specialised types of relays designed to handle high voltage direct current (DC) applications. HVDC relays are capable of switching and isolating high voltage DC circuits, typically in the range of a few thousand volts; they also have an arcing suppression mechanism that effectively resolves discharges when relay contacts are opened, and are designed with a low contact resistance to minimise power loss and enable efficient operation. It is more rugged and can withstand the stresses of a high-voltage DC switching environment.

Epoxy Sealed & Dust Cap Construction Relay

The Epoxy Sealed & Dust Covered Relay is designed with an epoxy seal and dust cover, with silver alloy contact rivets inside, providing strong resistance to capacitive shocks. Designed for electric vehicle pre-charging circuits, DC charging stations, and home energy storage systems, it provides reliable and efficient protection and control.
